My company is called Heavenly Realms of Tranquillity, I have been in the health and wellbeing industry for the past 11 years. I am a qualified complementary therapist, Hypnotherapist, Life coach, teacher, trainer, tutor as well as being a qualified nurse.



I take great joy and passion in caring and helping others to enhance their wellbeing, socially, spiritually, emotionally/psychologically, physically. I have a passion for communication and helping others to find a solution to resolve any life changes or problems they may be facing in their lives.



I enjoy being a coach and have the strong desire to help others to see the benefits that coaching can deliver’ I have benefited in having my own personal life coach in the past.

My greatest passion of being a coach is watching you, my clients, grow and blossom into the amazing beings you are supposed to be, letting go of the things that hold you back, reaching out to your full potential and creating your goals and best possible life! This is a great e honour and privilege to be part of that process! To help you to become the best that you can be.



I have been coaching for a life time, without realising my skill base until I qualified as a coach. Alongside my main career as a nurse, I decided to set up my health and wellbeing practice and I have always wanted to coach people full time. Last year, I decided to take the take the bull by the horn and leap faith to set up my own coaching business as I felt I needed to do something different, and wanted to give something back and make a difference.



I am a qualified Reiki Practitioner and qualified clinical hypnotherapist and life Coach and I am really happy to be able to offer both reiki healing and hypnotherapy as part of my portfolio of services.







I am very passionate and committed to the coaching philosophy, I am now embracing and living the dream, having lived and breathed the results first hand through my own personal coaching journey, and I am now living the life I I have always dreamed of so passionately.



I would like you to take that initial first step to have the same too!



Life can be tough at sometimes; we need to be a little bit brave and to be able to be honest with ourselves, by reaching out for help, support and guidance is one of the bravest and best gifts we can give ourselves and the people we love.



I am here to provide you one to one time to focus on any aspect of your life, that you may want to change or improve. The important things like your relationships, career, health, family life and friendships, social life or just general lifestyle.

You may want to achieve a better work/life balance, increase your confidence and self-esteem, motivation, fresh mindset, cope with stress better, Health and wellbeing, improve your personal relationships, get that promotion, or make a career change; you may simply want to make an important decision. The choice is entirely yours and you have the power to decide where you want to go/where you want to be.



Whatever the situation may be, I can help you to achieve your goal!



I passionately believe that you inherently know the answers to every question or challenges may are experiencing, even if they are hidden deep inside you or subconscious mind.













I will work with you closely to assess what areas of your personal or professional life needs the most attention in terms of change or improvement, breaking it down into manageable chunks that are achievable for you. We will work at a pace that you will choose. I may encourage you to move a little faster if I feel if I feel there is a need for you to do so, it will benefit you.

I will provide you honest and open feedback and celebrate with you, those moments of inspiration, revelation and recognition when you realise what you are capable of achieving and excel your full capabilities/potential, to become the best you can be.



I bring person centred/wholehearted approach to my coaching, and will guide you to reconnect with your head and heart in a way that allows you to fulfil your dreams and live a balanced, wholehearted and happy life with abundance.



You may experience tears and laughter along the way but I promise, it will be so worth it! Allow me to help you find the light and the belief in yourself and support you to follow your dreams/passions so you can achieve great things and become your most authentic self/best you can be.



Alternatively, sessions can be delivered in the privacy of your own home via Zoom or Microsoft teens or telephone format.
