Engineer diagnosed very quickly a faulty hot cylinder tank. Very careful to explain and show where the problem was.I subsequently booked him again to replace the hot water cylinder he worked efficiently and finished with an explanation of what he had done, and additionally put in an extra cut off for the water to make things easier for future plumbers or if I had a problem with the cylinder in years to come.
