If the structure is sound, roof is in good repair, obviously this can be renewed . Height after ceiling and floor is insulated

Roof checked and renewed if needed. Garage door blocked or bricked up with window or door fitted. Tanking to walls and partially on floor if single skin. Electrics and plumbing first fix. Insulation to ceiling, walls and floor. Plaster boarded and plastered. Caber flooring laid. Second fix and finishes
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
If there is sufficient height to stand up and room to accommodate new staircase.
