I have been using Taylor Hanson for several years to travel to and from the airport. Always prompt even for the very early pick-ups and the drivers are friendly and courteous. Airport pick-ups are very easy, as they telephone you shortly after landing and are waiting for you at arrivals. Very flexible when contacted about delayed return flights and re-scheduling a pick-up. I recently lost my phone in one of their vehicles. When contacted, they informed me that it has been found. We use these guys often and as regularly as possible. Got a normal taxi home from a pub, my friend left his iPhone in the taxi on the back seat. Called the taxi driver and without question the driver returned the phone within 15 mins with no questions asked. No hassle whatsoever and didn’t ask for any money. Have used Taylor Hanson a number of times but only in emergency situations, breakdowns etc. They are very quick to respond at short notice and have never let us down. Today my daughter needed to be at Heathrow at 5.15am so pre-booked with Taylor Hanson. Once again exceptional service throughout from reassurance at time of booking that they wouldn't let us down to collection and arrival at Heathrow on time. I’d just like to say a big Thank you to your team who collected us from our Christmas party the other week – they were great!
The driver of my taxi phoned the other taxis to make sure that the whole team were accounted for, which was really appreciated because trying to get a handle on so many people (when you’re drunk) is hard work!!
They were on time, polite & had a sense of humour – we’ll definitely use your firm for future events :-)

As a customer for the last couple of weeks, driving back and forth from Heathrow and during the week from the hotel to the office vv, I'm more than happy. A special thanks to driver 6 and 73, who made me feel comfortable.
