This law firm have ruined my family life over a 3 year period
They are unprofessional and uncaring and only want to drain you dry of money which they don't do anything for.
Their complaints procedure is flawed and impossible but they pretend to care which they don't but all stick together to cover up mistakes and incompetence
Please do not choose this firm and go elsewhere

I'd like to let you know how well Katie Potter handled the purchase of our house in Hereford. It was a difficult time for us as I was heavily pregnant but she pushed hard to get a fast turnaround and was always available to answer queries and keep me in the loop (even meeting for a face to face chat when the deadline changed just to reassure me).
In the end, my little boy hung on until 3 days after we moved in so we had time to clean and unpack.
