I first rated this business 5* but unfortunately he will not answer my calls emails anything Michael I thought was a genuine guy but wow was I wrong he messed up my floor and was supposed to be coming back to fox it I now have had to pay someone else to come and sort it nothing from him extremely disappointed

Michael had a quick response time and offered a competitive rate to fit a washing machine. Didn't charge a call out fee to check out what was needed to complete the job.
And on inspection he was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently there and then. Saving me both time and money.
Michael has a friendly and professional demeanor and was willing to explain the job as he went.
He also told me to contact him if there were any issues after the job was complete and assured me he'd be around ASAP to sort it out. There haven't been any issues 👍, but it's nice to know he would be willing to sort out any just in case.
