Great communication in arranging a convenient time for quoting for cutting back a overgrown beech and quickly booked in. Guys were very approachable and accommodating my neighbour requested a quote for his tree whilst they were cutting mine and they quoted and did the job immediately. James got in touch within 40 mins of me putting a request on Bark to have 2 huge conifers from my back garden removed. I sent him pictures of the trees and he gave me a very reasonable quote and he was out to the house within a week. It only took him 2 days to remove both trees. I couldn't believe how quickly they did it. He had a team of 2 the first day and a team of 6 the second. Every single person who worked on the job was polite and efficient, very respectful of the garden and the neighbours, and they left the place as clean as they'd found it. We are an attached house with no side gates so they would have had to take all the cuttings through the house but James had a word with the caretaker of the property behind ours and was able to take all the branches and trunks out that way. Had James to come remove a overgrown tree we had growing in our back garden from the previous owner of our house. James was very friendly and helpful and removed all evidence of the tree even being there! James disposed of the tree and cleaned the garden completely of any branches that had have fallen off, and as he used the side entrance, cleared all the side entrance and even out in the road were he’s truck was as the wind had blown some dirt around. Certainly the tidiest tree surgeon I’ve ever known! Will definitely be using and recommending Hardy tree services to all family and friends! More...
