Probably the best hair extention person I’ve come across in London!!!! Super polite really calm and professional nice to talk to and understood exactly what I wanted. Didn’t hurt me I didn’t even feel her doing it.

Also she fitted my hair sooooo nicely It looks so natural and I’m totally in love with my hair. I actually hate hair Extentions but I cut my hair really short recently and regretted it so I was dreading putting these in but I can honestly say that I love them and I’m happy I can have these until my hair grows out.

This is abit of a late review but long due! This was my first experience getting hair extensions.... I have to say Ayesha made me feel so comfortable and welcomed she talked me through the whole process thoroughly and the hair care. The outcome was AMAZING to say the least ... Just over a month of the extensions being in and I definitely think I've converted, I don't think I can ever go without. It was my first time to get nano extensions and I was quite nervous, Aicha made me feel very comfortable when choosing the colors and patiently answered all my questions, especially that my existing hair color is a very strange mix of colors. She got the color perfect, it was spot on!

Her technique is immaculate and she put a-lot of effort to make me comfortable with the whole process. The experience was great!

After having bad experiences with different extentionists, I found out that Aicha is hair extensions tech. She explained everything so briefly, I had my own extensions fitted in from someone else, she had fitted them so close to my scalp and i had to take all of them out just after 2 days. I used the same hair extensions and Aicha had fitted them so nicely that i cant even feel I’m having hair extensions. Aicha was so lovely. Such a sweet and professional lady. We shared many similarities and enjoyed a great chat during the fitting.
She suggested we use 180 grams of hair but I was adamant that 140 would be enough. However, upon fitting I found that she was right and just having that little bit more would do the trick. She booked me in straight away, ordered extra hair for me and fitted it a few days later, didn't even charge to see me again (thank you!) and now I absolutely love my hair. I will absolutely go with your advice from hereon forth :).

Beginning of March I had a full head hair extensions done by Aicha, I had to go back in 2 weeks because was not uniformed, I had tons at back and not much at front. I went to a hair stylist to cut my hair and make it fit in but she said is not possible and should go back to have them redone. Aicha was happy to do that for me, however I had to go back for a haircut as what she took from the back and put at the front were visibly shorter.
I was due for refill this week, but since I wasn’t too happy from the start, I saw it as a waste of money. So I asked her to have them removed instead. She said the cost is £55, but within 10min I found a salon doing it for £30, so off I went, and came back with probably half the hair I had 3 months ago before extensions. I have literally bold patches all over, I can’t post pic here unfortunately. The person removing them said were fitted too closed to my scalp so my own hair was pulled out. Had to cut my hair as short as I could. Very disappointed, and way to expensive having in mind is not even a professional salon. More...

Oana. I will respond to each of your points below, prior to this however, I apologise for any misrepresenting of facts that you have been a subject to. It truly goes against my ethos as a business and as a person to ever "spoil" my clients hair. I treat all clients as family unit literally and am always there for advice and support, I work very hard for all of this, I'm sure as someone who offers mobile services themself you would understand. I will however now make sure I stress even more on maintaining extensions to new clients and your complaint is duly noted. Following are my views on the points you raised. 1. The hair fitted all over was uniform and exactly as I would fit for anyone with a short blunt Bob-cut as yourself. If I was interested only for the money I would have suggested for you to buy more hair rather than advising to take hair off from the back to add more to the front. However, I took the hair off, fitted it in the front, free of cost of course. And It looked fine. You never raised any complaints then or in the past 10/11 weeks even though we have been in touch. 2. How can a "salon" tell you that the hair is fitted too close after 10/11 weeks of fitting? I mean the bonds needed refitting at this point and must be a few inches down by now. I never as a matter of PARAMOUNCE fit near the scalp. My regular clients even joke with me about this, that if I would they can get a few more weeks without needing a refit. But I always say its best to keep the hair healthy rather than keeping it tight. It's not even a choice in fact. It's simply NOT how extensions are fitted. Your extensions were fit in neatly sectioned rows as I would for all my clients. 4. I trim hair and style it after fitting. Many clients go to their hair dressers and get their haircuts after. I have no message from you stating that your hair didn't blend. I have your before and after photos and they are absolutely stunning, my lovely considering your hair was so short and bluntly cut. 5. Aftercare and maintenance is key and has to be adhered to by the client. If you tie your hair up or don't brush it often, or perhaps brush it too much it will pull it will snap. The extension is after all attached to your hair strand. 6. Also, shedding is very natural. I have been wearing extensions almost 8 years and I lose a whole lot of hair each refit because hair sheds. It's normal. It's dead hair that's stuck in your rings. 7. As for removal cost- by all means if you find someone cheaper and wish to go there that's absolutely your choice. My hair tech charges me £40 removal but only for 120 strands of hair and charges me £185 for refits of those 120 strands. You have 160 strands in your hair, so if someone charges £30 that's their price- not mine or anyone elses. 8. As far as being a "professional Salon" is concerned, I offer mobile services and I work from home. If one offers mobile services for their work doesn't make them any less "professional", per se. 9. That being said. I am sad to see you go. I wish you the best of luck.

Aicha was great - I’d dyed my hair since sending a pic to colour match (whoops!) so my extensions were a shade lighter.
Aicha tested to see if it would be ok, and was going to take some extensions of my current shade and blend it . She kept checking all the way through the process to make sure it was perfect.
She was very meticulous and also made me feel comfortable - she’s was really friendly.
She was knowledgable about different kinds of hair, and will recommend lengths and weights that is right for your hair type. The hair is good quality too. She also recommends products to help you look after your extensions, and tells you what you need to do to prolong their life.

Aicha did such a fabulous job on my hair! Can't recommend her enough. I was quite hesitant abt getting extensions as had a bad experience several years back, but she explained everything thoroughly to me and all the different types of extensions out there , but what would suit me and be the best for my hair and completely made me feel at ease.
Her expertise showed when at the end of the session I didn't feel anything foreign like as I had the first time around. It all felt so natural and abv all looked so natural which was what I was looking for.

She was amazing. My hair was being hard to colour match in photos so I went to see her and she picked the perfect colours. I have awful fine thin hair and not much of it and she did an amazing job making sure it was perfect. She showed me how to style it and which products to use. Ayesha, gave me 16 inches of her Brazilian range. She mixed a few colours to give it a Balyage effect. Not only do i have length but volume with the 75 grams of hair she's put in.

I decided to try her Classic eyelashes out as well. They're very different to any I've had before. ONE- the lash she uses is very light and TWO- she uses so many different lengths and curls which I didn't even know of before this!
