Hello! My name is Gemma `Waugh and I have worked as a professional freelance Make-Up Artist and Hairdresser for 20 years, predominantly in the Film Industry, but also covering Weddings, Events, Red Carpet, Commercials and Photographic.
In 1996 I gained a BA Honours Degree at London College of Fashion in ‘Hair & Make Up for the Performing Arts’.

What do you love most about your job?
The vast array of people behind the faces that I have made up over the years. No job is ever the same and as its can be quite an 'up close and personal' experience, I find that the relationship that I build with my clients are very rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was working in the film industry full time, travelling all over the world and leading quite a 'jet set' life. Then after my 2 beautiful boys came along I decided to turn my attention to more private clients to enable me to be more flexible with my time and still be around for them whilst continuing to do what I love.
Why should our clients choose you?
My experience, I think, speaks for itself. I bring the skills developed from working within many varied fields and on a vast array of people from Actors & Actresses such as Elizebeth Olson, Demi Moore, Catherine Zeta Jones, Tom Hardy & Guy Pearce to Brides, Pop Stars & Stunt men - working under serious amounts of pressure on busy film sets, to more relaxed & intimate settings such as weddings. I like to think I treat each client as an individual as no job is ever the same. It is important to listen to what the client wants and I try my very best to deliver a personal, tailor made service.
