What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is, the friendly environment we work in and the atmosphere of every staff member to go above and beyond to see our clients happy. Another thing that I love most about my job is knowing that the work we carry out here is keeping our clients happy and safe
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired to start my own business in this industry was due to my passion for electronics from a very young age. When I was at that young age, one of my biggest hobbies was making radios out of match sticks and taking them in to school with me, ever since then my passion for electronics and anything electrical related only continued to grow and with that so did my understanding of this specific industry. I choose this industry not only due to my passion of electronics but also my passion of knowing that I am helping people stay safe in the community through work we carry out.
Why should our clients choose you?
One of the reasons why our clients should choose us is due to our ability and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers not only on sites where jobs are carried out by our engineers, but also from our office staff who deal with client enquiries and such. We strive to keep our clients happy and satisfied not only with the work we carry out but also with on going support should it be needed.

Yes, the systems we offer are able to be used via a mobile app. We are also able to provide remote support to our customers via software. Remote access is provided by either broadband or GPRS.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a company policy for working at people's homes in a COVID safe way. A copy of this is available on request.
