What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy my role as coach, as I get to see people grow and move towards their desired outcome.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Like many people, the stresses of life and being a mum, means you have to take a look at what is important and how to manage your time. For me starting my own business and being able to connect with different people inspired me to start my own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
I've had my experiences for the good and bad in life, which continues. When I listen to people I can empathise with them. As my client I give you your space to speak, I listen and I can act as your sounding board or if you want me to challenge your thinking, so you can be 100% sure about your goal I can ask challenging questions. I like to motivate my clients.

Depending on location I can do face to face. I do offer remote too.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote coaching, as I understand, some individuals may not want to meet face to face.
