I would like to start by saying you are very arrogant and when ever I highlighted the work you specifically did ( not your workers) and it was not to a correct standard you would get upset and look for every excuse apart from admitting your work was not up to standard.
None of your work has been completed and it will cost me a lot more to hire another tradesman to complete as they may want to redo some of the jobs.
Let’s go through the list :
1. Plastering - incomplete
2 . Bathroom upstairs- incomplete
3. Toilet downstairs - incomplete
4. Radiators - incomplete - got his nephew ( Sandy) to do the job , I paid for this he came and fitted the pipes and then I did not see him again. I asked if Sandy will be back and you said that you will complete the job. You are not Gas safe or Corgi registered to be dealing with this . I think I need to make a report regarding this .
5. Doors to be hung - Incomplete , New door frame crooked
6. Painting - incomplete
7. Kitchen - incomplete
8. Damage to property - not protecting doors , windows and inner window seals left in a mess
9. Personal items- covered in plaster
10. Items to return - covered in plaster
11. Storage cupboards - incomplete
12. You said initially you will have workers cleaning as the job progresses daily - this never happened
13. Over ordering and under buying of materials - your calculations were incorrect
14.You were hardly on site to supervise and instruct your workers , you were only interested in asking for money to be transferred every couple of days into your account which I have a bank trail
15.You walked off on the job when I highlighted about the vanity unit in the upstairs toilet as it was not straight and I had already transferred £1000 into your account .
16. The deadline for completion of upstairs was the 2/10/20, when assessing your work it would not have been possible , you continue to make promises you can’t keep.
You have no integrity , I feel robbed . As a matter of fact by my calculations you owe me money.
I have investigated you ,( wish I had thoroughly done this before hiring you . I have been told now that this is your regular pattern and behaviour.
You are arrogant and dishonest, you walked off the job a few days ago.

Very bad kitchen finish. Structurally not knowledge try to make good look. Left my work in half way. Not finish skim. Not finish electricity work, not finish painting, tiles finish very bad, very bad housekeeping or tidy up, I wish I can upload photos of my kitchen, non of one task 100% finish. And know not answering my phone. as a kitchen fitter he donot know who to fit the sink. Dont know gas safe and electric safe regulations as kitchen fitter in kitchen. More...

We asked you to pay us according to the agreed payment plan. You defaulted. We agreed to do the final snagging .but you still refuse to pay us according to the agreed payment plan. If you pay us as agreed we will happily complete the snagging.

I'm very pleased with the service I got, my dishwasher is finally installed and working well.

Gurdip made my loft conversion .
A bit of stress with the building work in the house . But I was warned by him in advance.
