Richie came and cleaned our downstairs carpets and sofa arms this morning. He arrived early and was set up and ready to go within minutes, super service managed to remove an old stain that we have never been able to budge in the past. All I can say is wow, my carpets needed a good clean as we do have a dog a cat and a daughter who always drops and spills. I couldn’t believe how dirty the water was after rich came to clean them. They weren’t expensive carpets when I had them fitted so I thought I’d try getting them cleaned before replacing them; especially the hallway carpet that gets a lot of wear, tear and marks! I've had Rugs2riches clean my carpets twice now and the furniture. He does an amazing job, specially if you have pets. The house smell great after cleaning, you can see and feel the difference in your carpets. After they have been cleaned. The amount of dirt that comes up from your carpets is disgusting 🤢😅 definitely need doing regularly to keep carpets in top shape. I've just moved back into my house after renting it out for a year and the carpets have been trashed, many need replacing, but two were fairly new so I wanted to try and keep them. I contacted Rugs2Riches and explained the situation and what a terrible state the carpets were in. They have done an amazing job, the stains have gone and the carpets they cleaned are looking great, almost new, they smell fresher, look so much better and my house is starting to feel like my home again, but not only that, they saved me a huge amount of money too! The customer service is amazing, they were on time, friendly and in these covid times, very covid safe.
