Helping landlords and tenants, I make myself available 7 days a week, tenants can message me anytime and I respond, any issues such as plumbing, leaks, electric faults or anything else regarding the rent or property. I feel a sense of pleasure when I can help a landlord achieve their objective and a tenant achieve theirs, being the problem solver brings me personal satisfaction even though I may earn less than other professions, my ability and objective to build long term relationships as a business is sought.

I have been investing in property over the years and this was a natural progression in the business that developed from all the management experience and skills I had gained, I was being asked by other family and friends to help with their properties.

I manage my own properties, started to manage client properties as I am paying for all the insurances, legally required memberships to protect landlord and tenant monies, state of the art software to automate rent collections and to minimise late rents and tenant arrears. This is what I do 7 days a week and I will stop taking on landlords and properties once I have reached my capacity to manage efficiently and effectively, unless I can find staff that can do the job better than me. As a member of the NRLA, TPO and Approved Trading Standards I am regularly trained, understand all the regulations and I believe that I offer a service that treats all properties as if they are my own.
