Darran was great. He rang me and then came out the same afternoon (on a Sunday!) to replace a leaking gutter joint and clean out our gutters which looked like they hadn't been done for 10+ years. He was very friendly and helpful and we'll be having him back again and recommending him to friends and neighbours. Agreed on date for bin cleaning in Whitchurch and unfortunately was a no show. Unsure why, but I understand things happens so second chances should be given, but Darran failed to show up 2 more times, never replied to messages and then blocked me! Disappointing.
