I was looking for a local aerial company and found Gogglebox Aerial Solutions. I needed a replacement aerial on my roof and a TV socket in my bedroom. I called Googlebox and was presented with a helpful voice. They booked the job and I couldn't be happier. Stephen was very professional and efficient and knew his stuff! He replaced the aerial on the roof, as well as put a TV socket in my bedroom I can now watch TV in bed! There was a slight issue with the aerial and Stephen explained why and relocated it, which gave a much better signal! So so pleased with what he did. Thank you on such a great job! I enjoy meeting new customers and take great pride in doing a good professional job. It gives me a lot of job satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 25 years of working for 2 other firms I wanted to offer a more personalised service where a job isn't rushed and if the customer is happy that makes the job worthwhile.
Why should our clients choose you?
Since I have gone self employed all my customers have said they would use me again and pass on my details to friends and family which makes the job very satisfying.
