We initially asked Faisal to come and complete an EICR. He asked for payment in advance and we were happy to do so - he was true to his word, arrived on time, observed social distancing and wore PPE, and was completely professional throughout. As a result of the EICR, a number of things came to light, including some bathroom rewiring that was needed and we also opted for an upgrade to our 80's fuse boards. The latter was not a legal requirement, but we chose to for ease of use by tenants and so as to help modernise the flat. Faisal did not push us to have boards replaced, and we noted that his prices were fair in comparison to quotes we saw online.

Arrived on time. Clean and tidy job. I did change my mind about the location and they accommodated this with no issues. Highly recommended.

Showed up on time. Great customer service faisal took the time to answer my questions about the job prior and during the job.
Even though some last minute changes had to be made , he did not charge me extra. He removed and replaced furniture and cleaned up afterwards
I would highly recommend his services and will be using him in the future.
His prices are more than fare and in this day and age that is hard to find.
