Mark was asked to provide advice about an appropriate CCTV system covering 3 entrances to my property including the rear entrance to the garage at the back of the garden and a parking location on the road at the front of the property.
Mark surveyed the property and suggested solutions and explained them patiently to an unsophisticated person who didn't really know what is involved or how things worked. Mark devised an economically suitable system and then installed it in a day while patiently explaining what he was doing and why. He then tested and demonstrated the system and cleaned up behind him.
Mark and Getting It Working were courteous and helpful and left me feeling reassured and confident in the advice and product.
I have no hesitation in recommending Mark and Getting It Working Ltd.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping resolve IT issues and working with customers on their IT needs. I am very practical, not just your average IT guy, you will often also see me installing CCTV and Security systems as well as setting up complete IT Networks.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be my own boss. Having been made redundant, I didn't want to be put in that situation again.

Both remotely and on-site, but I do recommend a person to person visit on the first introduction so you can meet face to face so you know who is helping you and that they are trust worthy.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
mainly worked remotely but if on-site is needed. Always PPE and hand washing with sanitiser. Also keeping up to date with testing to ensure I am safe and not going to pass it on.
