We offer estate management for blocks of flats. Our preferred areas are Central London, SE and SW London, Surrey and Kent within the M25. We are familiar with leasehold law and can help clients looking to do a Right to Manage or freeholders looking to manage their blocks. Over time, we have also been given individual flats to manage.

What do you love most about your job?
Clients are thankful when you do a good job which isn't difficult. Clients like our responsiveness which seems to be lacking in our industry.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The standards in this industry is quite poor due to low margins in property management. This means big name companies hire very junior staff to run a large portfolio of flats which makes service levels poor.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are independent and niche. I often can diagnose problems myself so I don't immediately call a plumber or electrician to find out the problem. This means I can get to the problem quickly and cost effectively. We are pragmatic, trustworthy and reliable.
