Project Appraisal and Implementation
We will undertake an initial site visit and following an appraisal, would be able to explain what type of Statutory Approvals, such as Planning and Building Regulations Approval, would be required and the associated fees together with any other Consultant appointments.
Once appointed, we would undertake a dimensional survey of the property and then prepare the required drawings, details and specifications, in accordance with the Clients brief, for submission to and liaison with the Statutory Authorities.
We would co-ordinate with other parties, such as the Structural Engineer, to ensure the design and the Clients requirements are met.
