Apologies its a bit late! We had work carried out by Mick, Jay and the team from July to September. The quote was detailed - and stuck to throughout the project with communication if there were any extras to pay. Good communication regarding start date, which was a little bit later due to unforseen circumstances but not a problem at all. Once started the team always left the site clean and tidy. There were a few problems during the project - Mick was always contactable and ensured any issues were sorted promptly. An easy 5-star review! We've just had our double garage converted by this company and are delighted with the result! This company was recommended to us several times when I was asking for recommendations on Facebook. They were prompt with providing a quote, which was reasonable, and when they were able to give us a starting date, they stuck with that date. The team was professional throughout, they all worked well together and it was obvious that they had done many of these conversions before, as they were knowledgeable about what we needed to do to prepare and helped us with our ideas as to what would work, and what wouldn't and we valued their suggestions. They kept us informed and up to date each day with what the next step was etc. All the team were very friendly, approachable, and had great attitudes. one evening during the conversion, we found the lights weren't working in the kitchen. We phoned them and even though it was late at night, one of them came round with several portable flood lights for us to use until they could sort it the following morning. It turned out to be a simple loose connection. They tried to keep the mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves each day. They were also mindful of not getting in our way as much as possible. This resulted in a very smooth couple of weeks with minimal disturbance. The contractors they used for plumbing, electrical, and carpentry were well known to them and were top quality. Overall, we are very pleased that we chose this company and would recommend them to anyone wanting similar building work. If we need any work done in the future, we will be contacting these guys without any hesitation.
