Charlie came to look at the work we wanted done on our property, gave us several options and made useful suggestions.. There was no hard-sell or pressure from Charlie and we were given time to contact him for a quote when we had come to a decision. Once we gave the go ahead, Charlie and his team re-tiled the roof, replaced soffits, fascia, guttering and a flat roof on the shed. They always left the place clean and tidy at the end of the day. Charlie and his team were very professional, friendly and polite and always willing to explain things to us. Charlie came to rescue us from a leak around the chimney that was starting to cause damage in the loft - a few Days before Christmas. He was by far the most polite and professional roofer that came to assess the job and quote. He was also extremely efficient, which allowed him to charge a very good rate. Charlie completed several repairs, including valley tiles, lead flashing, chimney joints/lids, vent tiles and broken tiles. He also recommended what would need doing over the next 5-10 years. As we have bought the house only a few months ago, we feel confident that we now have a roof in working order for the next 5-10 years and if anything were to need repairing we would definitely give Charlie a call immediately. Many thanks for sorting out my loose roof tiles and for fitting 3 chimney cowls. From initial enquiry to competitive quote to having the work done all within 2 weeks was very efficient. Good communication and arrived on time to do the job, not much more I could have hoped for. I love the views, you can see for miles from roof tops. The sunshine is also a bonus.

I was working for a firm and running the business, the boss was lazy and I thought to myself why work for him when I can do it myself.
