What do you love most about your job?
I love creating, designing and solving problems and construction is where I find all these challenges. I also feel a sense of fulfilment and satisfaction when I see the end result; but mostly when I see client ecstatic on the outcome.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When you work for someone you normally do what you're told, which kind of limits your creativity. Sometimes this gives me a bit of frustration when I see that there's a more room for improvement. I feel I have more to offer with the skills I have. I am a chartered architectural technologist in the UK but before that, I am a chartered architect abroad. I am looking to get chartered as an architect in the UK which is also why I have started this business so I can save some money to do this chartership.
I also would like to help out people who may benefit from my expertise and make people happy of the work I do for them. I want to make them feel justified for the service they would have to pay for.

Apart from my experience, which I would say is vast, is because of my attention to detail and flair in design. I have worked on private dwellings, housing, commercial / retail development, hotels, block of flats, healthcare and even custodial projects. I have been involved with planning process, buidling regulation application submissions, tender documentation and design development and construction detailing.
