What makes a great website?
High-quality web design and development is our speciality. We never use generic templates, which means you get a website that’s entirely suited to your unique needs. What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Q: How long does a project normally take?
A: Generally we allocate 2 weeks for design and 2 weeks for website development. Timeframes all depend on the size and scale of the project and speed of client response.
Q: How much does a website cost?
A: All prices depend on the type of business and overall website functionality needed. Every business is different and has different needs online depending on their offering and target audience.
Q: Where will my website be hosted?
A: All websites designed and developed by FUZE are hosted on leading hosting platform Herouku, owned by multi-billion dollar company Salesforce.
Q: How much does website hosting cost?
A: Website hosting starts from £160 per annum. These costs can be paid and invoiced back to the client by FUZE or we can transfer the hosting cost over depending on client preference.
Q: What process does FUZE work to?
A: Once the client has confirmed the scope of work with the team the process begins. This starts with a design brief, moving on to website design phase and feedback. Next is the website build phase followed by content upload, final client feedback and finishing with testing and then the website launch.
Q: Do FUZE provide ongoing support and website maintenance?
A: As an agency, we are available for website updates, advice, social media management, design work and any website bugs which need fixing. Once we have completed your website, it is not goodbye, it is only the beginning of our relationship.
Q: What do I get for my money?
A: Not only do you get full ownership of a brand new fully responsive website, as the client, you will also get a fully equipped digital agency with the ability to provide ongoing advice and support.
Q: Who will work with me on my project?
A: Upon confirmation of your business you will be allocated a designated project Account Manager who will be your point of contact throughout the work. This is to ensure continuity, consistency and ultimately a satisfied client.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: Depending on the size of the project we offer a range of payment methods including split monthly payments and our usual phase payment plan which is split up over the project.
Describe your creative process.
Our process starts with you, we research your business and then competitors. The team will also look at your Google Analytics account if you have one to see how users have acted on the site.
We will then sit down, brainstorm and get some ideas together about the direction we take your project.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We have a link which we send out to our clients at the start of any project which has a list of questions which will help progress the project.
