How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Minimum height from the existing joists to the bottom of the ridge of 2.2m is recommended. The higher this number is the better.
What guarantee does your work come with?
We don’t offer a formal guarantee but we have been back to projects to resolve problems even after 5yrs. I’d prefer to know about a problem and look to resolve then leave the customer wanting. 95% of our work comes from word of mouth and repeat business.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the fact we carry out a variation of projects and get to transform peoples homes completely. The before and after pictures always show a great change from start to finish.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being in control of what projects we work on and then making sure the quality of those projects are up to my standards.
