Mike was a reliable dedicated friendly yet highly professional individual who took wonderful care of our 4 kitties and provided and exceptional service at a highly reasonable price. He went over and above what was required of him. We had internal CCTV to monitor the kitties while we were on vacation and can confirm Mike did all we asked and more and enjoyed his work and spent time with the kitties and played with them. He is highly reliable and worth every penny of the price charged for two visits per day feeding litter change and play time. We will be using mike and his company next year and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who wishes to hire him to look after their dogs or kitties. We found ourselves in need of a pet sitter fairly promptly, as it was holiday season lots of sitters were already booked up. Thankfully Mike responded to our advert very quickly and had all the relevant paperwork.

While we were away the communication was good and we were relieved that everything was going well.
When we got home it was a huge shock to find the house in a complete state, we were immediately hit with the smell of ammonia from the litter trays, they were absolutely full. There were also three poos on the sofa and one on our sons bed upstairs. We were not sure how long they had been there but long enough to soak through to the mattress, which had to be replaced.

Overall this was a terrible experience and an even more terrible service. I definitely do not recommend. More...

I contacted you over the past several weeks with regard to non payment. No issues we raised at all by you to me during this time The only issue was your non payment. I had to take court action and only since being made aware of this did you finally pay me in full yesterday. Then you have raised these comments in this review after. The job was completed aa agreed. Litter trays were cleaned twice a day each time during my week long visit to your 6 cats. I asked during my initial visit if the trays need a full litter change you replied saying no they are fine for a week.

Got back in touch with me very quickly and called to take the dogs out the very next day hes nice and polite you can tell he likes dogs my dogs came back home happy

Mike got in touch straight away and arranged a time to come and meet us, had all the relevant certificates and paperwork organised and was friendly and flexible! We look forward to working with him very much for our dog Mango More...

Responded very promptly, very helpful, and he’s meeting Eddie (our labradoodle) tomorrow…. And we’re hoping for a regular walk for Eddie!
