What do you love most about your job?
The ability to help customers find solutions for their plumbing, gas and central heating needs. We love to be able to solve any issues our customers may come across with their existing systems and appliances. We also help guide customers to find the best fit for any upgrades they may wish to make to their heating or plumbing systems, or any other gas appliances, such as hobs, ovens, water heaters, and more.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To provide freedom and flexibility, and to create a schedule that allows me to treat every customer as if they were my only customer, meeting every need they may have.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As a company, we have taken every step necessary to protect our customers, and ourselves from the spread of Covid-19. We always wear face masks when working in your house, we regularly sanitise our hands and wear appropriate PPE. Where possible, we work in well ventilated rooms and we make sure we maintain a safe distance from our customers.
