Do not use for home moves. We also had some furniture damaged and they haven’t paid up for over a year now. Not even sure they have insurance due to this. It also appears the company occasionally phoenix’s itself (perhaps when it finds itself needing to pay out for damaged items). More...

Am so so glad that we decided to employ the Fowler's team rather than attempt to do all the graft ourselves. Despite being possibly the hottest day in July (mixed in with sudden thunderstorms and torrential cloudbursts), the 3 guys remained positive and cheerful throughout. I had been dreading the moving day (30 yrs in same house) but these lads made the entire moving day into probably the least stressful part of the entire house buying/selling experience. SO impressed with these guys. Despite my near pre- moving hysteria ( we're exchanging, no we're not, yes we are, etc etc) Sarah in the office dealt with all my queries and arrangements in an efficient, professional and reassuring way. Despite the fact my queries were over a Bank Holiday!The lads who came today were keen, cheerful and efficient. Thank you for an effortless removal. Your ‘movers' were perfect gentlemen, efficient, courteous and with an attention to detail one rarely sees these days. Please pass on my thanks to them. I was exhausted after the two days but they just kept on smiling. A totally wonderful service. There will be another move in the new year (after the hopefully quick sale of my house in Lancaster) so I will be in contact again and should all go well, it would be appreciated if I could have the same team. My initial enquiry was dealt with in an efficient and helpful manner. The viewing was arranged for a time that was convenient to me (ie. in an evening) The quote wasn't as cheap as a man & van one but it was certainly competitive and I felt it was worth a little bit extra for a professional company.
