Paid for a deep clean. Gladys and the team were very nice and very flexible with availability. They did a great job on all the skirtings, my cupboards, frames and oven etc. They even organised my cupboards for me which was a lovely bonus. They did have to come back to rectify a slight oversight but overall I'm very happy with the clean. More...

I’ve tried to hire these guys three times and they’ve either never showed up or turned up 40 mins late. What a disappointment.

Thank you Alexandria for your review, we can only apologise for not being able to provide you with a cleaning service you requested. we work hard as a company to provide our clients with the service they require but sometimes this is not always possible due to circumstances beyond our control.

Good but not perfect. Bathrooms , kitchen and windows excellent but furniture not put back after hoovering. 2nd small bedroom not cleaned and main bedroom not dusted . Very rushed at the end of the time assessed to be needed. So an incomplete “Deep Clean” . More...

Don’t touch this company . They promise the world and then don’t turn up to clean and don’t even notify you of it . Then when you try to get your keys back they are reluctant. This company cannot be trusted.

Cleaning was average could have cleaned bathroom floor better

Extremely hard workers and can tell that they want to ensure the cleaning is done right. 100% would recommend to a friend or family member

I provided description of property and asked for a deep clean, the quote for 9hrs work was £170. One cleaner asked for double the pay on arrival for the same amount of work.

I asked for deep clean of bathrooms but they were left with dirt and grime on taps and floors.

I asked for floors to be mopped, this didn't happen and I spent 4hrs pulling brown water from floors.

Rooms hovered to low standard, I spent 30min pulling drums of dirt from floors.

I paid £30 extra for oven clean, only grills were cleaned. Reset of oven filthy, and I was able to wipe this clean myself.

All details and specific requests were missed (in addition to above issues)

One cleaner repeatedly complained about how little I was paying her for her time. And refused to do extras paid for. I have been contacted by that same cleaner twice on my personal number. Once to defend her pay for the work done. I was called again yesterday to ask when she would be paid, although I was only invoiced with 48hrs.

I would be very uncomfortable to have an elderly relative interact with this staff member. I do not recommend this company.

Their quote ended up being higher than other companies, even though other companies quoted the same hours. Few of any chemicals used, mostly cold water and tissue paper. More...
