Excellent experience from start to finish. Very competitive price and great communication with Nathan regarding quote, visit and arranging everything. He sent Tommy over to visit our place for initial inspection. Tommy is such a lovely young man. He came later to install a few ceiling light fittings, relocate a socket and install an electric radiator and did a fantastic job. Tommy was neat and tidy and cleaned up after the work. I was referred to this business by Bark to deal with a problem with my outside electrics to my pond pump equipment. They came straight away and diagnosed the problem and restored the power. I then agreed with them that the electric systems needed updating and with better more weather resistant cabling and switches which they did a couple of days later. A very efficient, stress-free and pleasant experience. Nathan came round to give a quote very quickly, he was very friendly and wasn't pushy at all. He was able to work around my shifts but still get it done in a timely manner. Tommy came to do the work and he was very efficient carrying out the work too :)

Nathan and Tommy were very professional and provide us with an EICR + fixing some socket and light issues inherited from prior owners of the house.

I spoke to the owner in the early afternoon to finish an extractor fan fault. Electrician came this afternoon and had fixed the fault within half hour and reinstalled whole unit within the hour. Would definitely use Flow again as the Electrician was pleasant and tidied up after too More...
