Fishers recently did an electrical cert for my home that I am selling.
He squeezed me in at really short notice and got the cert over really quickly (hours) so that my house move could progress without hold up!

I had been asked by my estate agents to get an electrical safety certificate on the house I'm selling. I contacted them and explained. He told me that in his experience it is the buyer who should have to pay for this to be done. I contacted my solicitor and that was the case. So he effectively talked himself out of £180 by giving me great advice, but he could of easily taken the job and kept quiet.
