Kathleen and her team made it a seamless and stress free process when looking for the best mortgage. FPO gave great service, knowledgeable advice and delivered a great product. I recommenced anyone to use FPO as their financial service as they definitely delivered more than expected, within time. They consistently kept in good contact and advice a product to suit each personal situation. Definitely not a main stream company where they lack thought or personal circumstances. Kathleen and her team took every personal circumstance and fought for the best product. For example- I was initially offered a 5 year fixed deal from the underwriters. (I wanted 2 years) and weeks after Kathleen came back to me and said after (a lot of negotiation) she had manage to negotiate a 2 year fixed deal!! That’s amazing. I was expecting for the underwriters to meet halfway. So other than the efficient service, professional attitude and great resources, FPO listens to each client and their circumstances individually and proposes a product that best suits their needs.
