Called at Whitakers yesterday 18th September for our breakfast.First visit to new cafeteria.We found tables littered with dishes,a long queue at the till for ordering. Then a thirty minute wait for breakfast served on cold plates! the noise in the cafeteria was like dinning on Euston station..Sorry but it’s nowhere near the same as the old place such a big disappointment. Don’t normally do reviews however couldn’t not after the service I have received today. I live 250 miles away from elderly parents and had forgot my dad’s birthday. Phoned Whitaker’s who delivered a hanging basket and biscuits, wrote a card for me, took a picture of mum and dad receiving it and sent it to me, I’ve just been informed as my dad is 90% blind they even hung it up.
