The outcome was successful.
I applied for a skilled migrant visa myself and was refused on the grounds of false representation with a ten-year automatic refusal. My whole world turned upside down when I got to know the refusal and the ten-year ban for an error I made on the application form. I was extremely stressed and was looking for legal advice. I got in touch with multiple solicitors and the initial response wasn’t that convincing but with Tolu, in the initial conversation itself, he clarified it’s an unfair decision and I have good grounds to go for an Administrative Review.
