I've agreed for work to be done with fasiaplusltd gave me a really good qote for the work I wanted done luke is great guy and his team they turned up next morning as agreed but a little bit earlier with all the materials ready to start the job I agreed to do only for me to say that he carnt do the job he wanted to do because I had family troubles so I cancelled the job when he was on site I wasn't professional by letting know on site but because I cancelled the job on site I do feel very guilty as he left out of pocket because he still had to pay his team fuel and for materials and bark for the job but he and his team were very professional about it but could see the sad look on his face but even though they didn't do the job I cancelled I would deffo reccomend them to anyone but to anyone reading this please remember not to do what I did and cancel last minute because it cost traders time and money

What great guys. Really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Quoted the same day as my enquiry, there was no pressure and work was completed when we were in a position to afford it. They even managed to fix a conservatory roof that other companies had said couldn't be fixed. They did a great job of the sofits, fascias, cladding, conservatory roof and guttering. They even repaired a bit of old guttering at no cost. When on the roof they found out other jobs that needed doing. They showed a video of what was required so that we were fully informed of the job. Three days on we have clear gutters and had a complete refurbishment of our hardwood window frames, front door and facias, completed with three coats of high gloss paint.
