Fantastic services is not an online service company. Also I feel they employ bait and switch tactics to get you to sign up for their membership, which does not make it obvious that the GBP 300 value can only be realized if you book 10 Different services. Moreover, their online booking system is not online. When I realized all this, I tried to cancel my membership, which led to a lady called Jade promising me various discounts and a price for my dishwasher to be installed, none of which was eventually realized. Today I spoke to Thomas who claimed that the system does not give them full information and that I cannot book a painter through the system, it needs a survey which needs to be paid for separately. I asked them to cancel my membership as none of the promises were kept, and he reminded me that I cannot cancel as it is outside the cancellation period. He then said I would need to talk to their membership retention team, and frankly the fear of several more excruciating conversations and unkept promises made me retract my cancellation request, and wish them well. This is an addendum to a review I wrote two days ago and relates to try to get the membership fee and partial refund for low quality work. Despite asking them to refund my membership fee (was told by someone called “Amy” on a recorded line this will be no problem if I change my mind) I am still left out of pocket. Amy suggested I would receive 59 GBP rather than the membership fee of 89 GBP if I cancelled within two weeks. When I contacted customer services they initially said I would only receive 45 GBP back before I referred to the call with Amy. BTW, I still do not have this cash back. Further, I also asked for a partial refund due to the service being incomplete. I sent pictures to them where you can clearly see the “dry cleaning” has in fact not cleaned anything and there remains a dirty patch on my sofa which they acknowledge on email and my ottoman bed frame still maintains dirt that pre-existed post their effort. An offer was made for a partial refund of 80 GBP then they suggested it would be better if a technician re-attends. I suggested I did not want to use them again and would prefer a refund, which they suggest could now by c100 GBP but only if I amend/remove my factual negative post about my this adverse experience. Note at the time of writing no refund is forthcoming. To summarise: (1) I have not received cash back from a membership they said I could cancel on a recorded line (2) their ability to dry clean/clean is overstated and (3) they won’t refund you cash despite acknowledging issues if you tell the truth about their service. Your contact service did not book my cleaning request as per our original discussions and written down detailed requirements via the email for the original quotation in the sum of £145 before the applied discount. The ground and first floor back external windows have direct access for cleaning. Fromtge ground floor and the back balcony accessible from the rooms at the back. more like HORRENDOUS SERVICES A total nightmare from beginning to end. Miscommunications, 8 different cleaners in the same number of weeks, cleaners that cannot speak any english, cleaners turning up when job was cancelled, promising things that they do not follow up with, impossible to speak to just one person a total mess. My friend booked a carpet cleaner and a guy turned up rang the bell was then downstairs in his van for two hours and turned up looking literally scary - she thinks he was using drugs in his car. They will never refund you for the work not done. They’ll make you spend more on other bad services on a discounted rate. They will offer you discount to make you stay and send trainees as professionals who will leave the job half done in half time . NOT Fantastic services. I had to cancel our carpet cleaning very last minute because of a medical emergency of a friend of ours who wanted my help. I received a call from someone who identified themselves as a Fantastic Services and explained i would need to pay 50% cancelation fee. I agreed to it, no problem. I then receive another call from a separate Fantastic Services employee who wasn't aware of the call i received previously, stating that i need to pay 100% of the fee. After explaining the medical emergency and that i would have asked our friend to make other arrangements had i known i would have to pay 100% of the fee for a cancellation, FS refused to budge and honour the 50% cencelation fee i was previously advertised. They offered to reschedule the cleaning in stead, but the rug had been sold and was due to leave the next day. I suggested we get our windows cleaned in stead and transfer the cancelation fee to that and pay the difference. I was responded to with shock at such a suggestion and told that was completely impossible. However, they advised i go ahead with that service and pay for it separately. LOL. There was no acceptance of responsibility for the fact their employee gave me the wrong information. It took a 20 minute phone call which became quite heated where the man on the phone repeated the same set phrases again and again for them to agree that perhaps they need to train their staff better on their terms and conditions. The whole ordeal was like pulling teeth with someone who simply couldn't or wouldn't try to understand the situation. Fantastic Services have carried out a great garden service. They have trimmed and tidied all the edges in the garden. The hedges are cut and trimmed perfectly. The bramble bushes and dead weeds were all cut away leaving the garden looking neat, tidied. The lawn is not flat but they have done a good job making it appear like that.I have used Fantastic services for over 5years they have always been consistent, reliable and overall professional.
