What do you love most about your job?
I have a passion for cleaning, and have done so for the last 40 years. I get satisfaction from understanding the needs of the customer, and delivering a service that meets and hopefully exceeds their expectations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've worked in the cleaning industry all my life, at large companies around the globe. I was inspired to start my own business from a desire to put the customer before profit, and to build relationships into a successful business model for the long term in the local area.
Why should our clients choose you?
At Fairway we have been successful in the South West Region for nearly 30 years, and have a wealth of experience in commercial and office cleaning. We put customer service first, forging partnerships and with our flat management structure make sure you get the support you need, whenever you need it.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We supply PPE for all our operatives, and we have carried out regular Sanitisation Services for our customers on an ad-hoc and scheduled basis. We offer enhanced services for those clients that want extra protection and cleanliness in their workspaces.
Office Cleaning
Fairway specialise in individual bespoke office cleaning, and clean over half a million square feet of offices daily. We have a customer focused management team that perform monthly quality audits to make sure that we are meeting your requirements to the best of our abilities. Furthermore, we never tie our customers into long term contracts; we are so sure you will be happy with the standard of our service that we are happy to work on a monthly rolling basis.
Carpet Cleaning
At Fairway we use a range of machines and methods for Carpet Cleaning, including Steam Extraction, Steam Fusion and Dry Foam systems. When we come down to give you your Free Consultation we'll be able to recommend the best service for your needs.
Soft FM Services
Fairway provides Soft Facilities Management Services for many of its customers, including Washroom Management, supply of Janitorial Products and the supply, fitting and refilling of Hand and Pedal Operated Sanitiser dispenser stations. Simply let us know what you require and you can be sure our team will work with our suppliers to provide what you need quickly and efficiently.
Graffiti Removal
We can use Pressure Washing, Chemical Treatment, Over Painting or DOFF High Pressure Steaming for sensitive surfaces to remove graffiti. Book in a free site survey and quotation from one of our professionals and we'll be sure to advise you as to the best treatment for your needs.
Window Cleaning
We offer a range of commercial window cleaning options, including Abseil Cleans and Water Fed Pole Cleaning using pure de-ionised water to keep the windows cleaner for longer. We also have effective methods to clean and treat Cladding, Facias and Solar panels, and any other specialist work our customers might have need of.
Gutter Cleaning
At Fairway we provide a range of specialised gutter cleaning services for commercial property. These include High Reach Pressure Wash and High Reach Vacuum systems, and a full video/photo inspection and report is always compiled showing the effectiveness of our services.
Sanitisation - ULV Fogging
Whole area fogging fills an area with a sanitising chemical, which floats in the air, removing airborne pathogens, and then settles on to surfaces, neutralising pathogens with contact.
Sanitisation - Electrostatic Spray Sanitisation
For areas less suited to whole area sanitisation, local spray sanitisation can be applied, also utilising a fine mist but with a larger particle size which does not linger in the air.
Sanitisation - Zoono 30 Day Protection
We work with one of our suppliers, Zoono, to bring the latest surface protection formula to your premises, offering up to 30 day protection after application.
