Well what can I say. The whole experience of using eyg has been exceptional. We was looking for a conservatory and 2 living room windows. The swift service was brilliant, they came out within one day of asking for a quote and on the day of getting a quote the guy I think was called chris was so professional and friendly,he explained everything in detail over a couple of coffees and biscuits ha ha ,we was extremely happy with the demonstration and signed up straightaway. A few months later I am here sitting in my lush conservatory looking out onto my garden with no problems whatsoever and I definitely do not need to use any source of power to heat it up because it does what it says,it has a energy saving roof,how brilliant is that and my windows in the living room I could tell straightaway that I chose a eyg product because I literally have no condensation where before the windows was wringing wet and things are a lot quieter with no noise pollution. Extremely happy I would give them a 10 star rating if I could cause the installation went really well, no problems there whatsoever and we would be using eyg again in the future. More...

I had been thinking of having my dining room extended with an open-plan orangery for a while, but was always reluctant to start because of the upheaval. The EYG designer talked us through everything and put my mind at rest on every on of our concerns and the surveyor Steve really knew his stuff. What a breath of fresh air. We must have had 4 or 5 different sales people in our lounge from various companies since we decided to look at changing our windows, each one with exactly the same pushy sales pitch. Jason from EYG was a pleasure to deal with, not pushy, informative professional. The price was not the cheapest we'd had but was well worth the money now we can see the finished result in our home. We had a phone call with some special offers and my wife and I had been toying with the idea of a conservatory for a while some where we could sit and admire our beautiful garden and extra space for family occasions . The manager came out to see us nice man who explained all about different designs etc . We went down to the bay tree garden centre and had a look at the conservatorys. My Conservatory has just been completed and I must say how pleased I am with the finished article. I first become aware of EYG after seeing their show-site at Baytree Garden Centre and after speaking to Judy my wife fell in love with the Hybrid roof. I see one of my neighbours was having windows fitted and as we was starting to suffer with condensation issues and heat loss. I decide to go ask them if I could have a look at there’s. I was actually impressed with the quality and asked them how the work had gone etc they highly recommended so I called the office. Very polite and helpful lady made us a appointment and I thought well what did it hurt was free no obligation what had got to loose. The manager came to see us. Lovely man and he answered all our questions and there was none of this I am not moving TIL you sign up business. He left us the quote and we chatted that evening and decided to call next day and do the paper work. Rest was a breeze polite and very understanding fitters. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Had a quote from a guy called Jason, he was polite and professional throughout and made sure that my wife and I were fully involved in all aspects of the design process. Considering that all the products are made to measure by EYG we were pleasantly surprised when the quote for our new conservatory came back a lot cheaper than we expected. After a few discussions with them we booked a fitting for September but we had to postpone at the last minute. Not a problem for them, they held the framework and glass until we were ready and we eventually had the work done a couple of weeks ago. The fitting team were brilliant. Kevin and Simon were punctual and professional and half the time we didn't even know they were there. The finished conservatory is beautiful and my wife and I are looking forward to many comfy nights sitting out in it. Thank you for an excellent job EYG. We will be back for more work. More...

What a pleasure to deal with! From the start we had great advice from Matt who initially came to quote. No pushy sales gimmicks, no nonsense. The fitters, Rob and his assistant were polite and most importantly clean and tidy. The windows and french doors have been fitted now for over a week and everyone who has been to visit have commented on the quality of the work. EYG have recently fitted some windows in the front of my house. We have used them before at a previous property and we were really happy (Everything still looked great when we left, even after 8 years! ). So we were confident when picking them to do the work again. Once again we were not let down, from start to finish the the service was 5 stars! When we booked the appointment at the branch at Pennells they were happy to listen to all of my ideas and even made me a cup of tea! The chap who came round to measure the windows, Steve, was really informative and helpful and helped me with design ideas. The order went through quickly and we have now just had the work fitted. The installers were nice and tidy (thank goodness as we had JUST had the new carpet fitted!) and finished everything in good time, they were also very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We have had an extremely positive experience of EYG. We have just had our conservatory roof changed into a hybrid one with skylights. All of the men who worked on the roof were courteous and polite and hard working. These included Mike, Phil, Carl, Lee and Barry. The plastering is exceptional which was done by Karl and Andy. Everyone tidied up after themselves and the work was completed as per the schedule given to us. Our roof is already making such a difference to us and we can not recommend EYG more highly. More...

EYG completed the work on my new conservatory in Woodhall Spa today and I must say we have had fantastic service from start to finish. We were confident in our choice from the outset as the firm were recommended to us by three other people in the village, but they have exceeded our expectations. I can't speak highly enough of the installation team and builders who all worked to exacting standards and were highly professional throughout. We had our orangery fitted in July this year and we are so impressed with the standard of work that was carried out by EYG. We were going to use a slightly cheaper company at first but we'd heard great things about EYG so decided to pay a little more and boy did we do the right thing. Me and my husband are now enjoying our little addition to our property and we couldn't be happier with all the work that was carried out.
