Did not accept their quote. Way in access of others. Too much of an old fashioned sales pitch where they offer to halve the cost if you pay a deposit that day. They were professional but on reflection the installation could have been tidier regarding the wiring and although the operation was explained could do with a guide to rewinding and recording etc

I can’t really comment, the systems they supplied were too expensive for me but they did respond quickly

An absolute dream to work with from the first contact to installation,they even came back to change some of the equipment so the camera would work even better would recommend them to anyone

I just wanted a couple of cameras erecting in the garden to keep an eye on who came to my house and keep an eye on my cars.
The salesman who came to see me went a bit too high tech for what i needed, trying to sell more cameras that i needed , and showing me scare mongers videos on people trying to break into properties trying to get me to buy his system by dropping the price by a third of what he offered. More...

Friendly representive. Very informative

Very professional: described products really well. Products appeared to be exactly what I was requiring and financial package arranged to suit my requirement. Surveyor arrived as arranged.

When the representative came to the door he wanted to come in and discuss the work I told him I would come outside as under the present circumstances as we don’t allow anyone in the house. He was extremely rude insisting that we would have been told that he would need to sit down and talk to us. I said that I did not recall being told that, he then started to argue, my wife heard what he was saying and said “excuse me for someone who wants our business you are being very rude” to which he replied “I’ve just driven a hundred miles and we don’t want your business” The conversation end with me closing the door.
I suggest if you use this company be aware that they will want come into your house to sit down and discuss their service. More...
