I went on to bark today for my friend and Gary phoned me I explained it was for my friend who is elderly gave them her phone number and they spoke with her and came out right away to see what she wanted and she was over the moon with the young man said he was very polite really been a nice so she can’t wait to see the results of there work but I must say he even phoned me back told me he had been to see her thank you for your quick response Martha
