Unfortunately I'm the first person to have to leave a bad review. I used Excelsior for airport trips to and from Heathrow during a business trip to Australia. The outbound leg was great, driver arrived on time and was extremely friendly. However on the return journey my flight was delayed. I told the company I would be delayed by 10 hours, they told me not to worry they would track the flight and be there. However upon arrival there was no driver as they had actually tracked the next days flight And said there was nothing they could do and hung up the phone.I had to then use a black cab costing £400. They refused to refund the return part of the joruney leaving my out of pocket. Please beware using this company if you are a family they will happily abandon you leaving you out of pocket. More...

I highly recommend this very professional car taxi firm following my recent experience with regards to picking up family of 5 with baby for transportation from home to Birmingham airport and the return journey a week later in the early hours of the morning. The booking process was very easily done online and confirmation sent by email. Communication was excellent I was texted on the day of travel by Shak the driver who arrived promptly to collect us from home and again the following week for collection from the airport.
