Through coaching my aim is to help you with greater self discovery and expanded awareness. I believe that the coaching journey leads to clarity around strengths and values, a greater sense of purpose, better balance and perspective and more curiosity.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to get unstuck! One minute you are cruising along, loving life and living the dream; the next you find yourself hitting a bump in the road.
How we respond to these obstacles can vary significantly. We may see it as a way to learn and grow, or we may experience other feelings, such as anxiety, sadness, loss of confidence, frustration and anger.
Coaching is a great way of exploring why these bumps happen and how we can respond effectively. It helps us to get unstuck and back on track again. Even more importantly though, it helps to build greater self awareness and facilitate personal growth.
I love seeing the transformation in the energy, body language and results for the people I’m working with.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Through my own experience of receiving executive coaching I have discovered so much about myself. It has unlocked an incredible, never ending voyage of self discovery. I feel transformed by it and love being able to help others with the same process.
Why should our clients choose you?
I understand some of the challenges that individuals go through. I've been in the same position so I can empathise with the feelings of being stuck and the desire to change and to move forwards. I think that positions me well to work closely with my clients to give them the results they need.
