Every Cloud Garage Doors

They came to fit two Teckentrup doors. They did not fit them correctly. They did not know how to adjust the door position. As I paid them in full before they finished, they walked away and will not communicate. They have distorted the door frame by 6 mm. leaving me with doors that have to be forced to close causing damage to the doors and cills. More...

The two personnel sent to install the Garador Garamatic 10 series 4, although knowledgeable with another brand, had no experience of installing and setting up this particular one. The physical installation was completed very well however the setting up of the operators took sometime and they failed to complete the Blue tooth set up. Admittedly the instructions were difficult to follow but I expected the installers to be proficient with a product that was recommended to me by a senior member of their management team. When I complained I was informed that they could not accept any responsibility because I had selected the product and that was not what they normally worked with. Ridiculous!!!!!
