His personal tailor maid approach to an individuals goal. For example ex climber various shoulder and joint problems including pain in raising arms or even scrubbing back in shower. After consultation within three weeks of starting rehabilitation exercises I can even manage a whole day Czech Nymphing with minimal discomfort even the day after.... I first met Euan on one of his mountain guide trips about 9 years ago. And since then I have done yearly summer alpine and ski tour trips with him. What I love about Euan is his enthusiasm and determination for you to enjoy and get as much out of a trip as you can . That involves helping me put together a customised training plan twice a year , that really pushes me . Which he then reviews regularly with detailed feedback , nutrition suggestions and constant encouragement to make sure I get the most out of my training time.
