I rented out my property using Assetgrove for two years. The process of renting was smooth, and there weren't many repairs required over that period. My flat was handed back to me in very good condition. Stephen James was my contact throughout this process, he was helpful and replied quickly to my questions, either by email of phone, and met me out of hours to hand the property back to me. My mother in law who is 83 rented her property out through Asset Grove for over three years and had a complete trouble free experience. Steve James who we first met was true to his word, professional and efficient throughout. There were never ever complaints from tenants or neighbors, rent was always paid whether there were tenants in or not. We were so impressed when the property was handed back at our request, all painted and decorated almost better than when she let it. I have to admit I would like to move out of my flat, in the industrial area of Mitcham. The flat is nice and the lady in the office is always there to listen and help with a smile on her face and a solution to all my problems.
