We’ve had a brilliant training experience with Majed, he’s like a dog whisperer and had our 7 months old golden retriever under his spell in minutes! In 3 sessions, we learnt some useful principles that were applicable to different situations, and we managed to redress some problematic behaviours - like his barking at 5am and his charging at the cat! EQ K9 Training are awesome! Steve is a master at work. From day one I could already tell that my 5 month old pup was fully engaged with his energy and commands. Steve hasn't just whispered in my dogs ears and magically resulted in an obedient dog, he taught me how to be a good trainer myself and how to best set my pup up for success.

I contacted EQ k9 training and spoke to Majed who was very helpful and patient with me and my dog I highly recommend EQ k9 training, before training my dog was aggressive towards other dogs . Bruno is a 2 year old rescue dog he now listens and understands my commands and isn’t aggressive with other dogs he is very well behaved inside and outside.my dog Bruno is so much better behaved since training I give 5 stars to this company.lastly well worth the money to train my dog brilliant company im happy to have them in my area they are very responsive you can call any time of the day always got back to me. Firstly I want to say that Steve is brilliant, working with him you know immediately that this isn’t just a job but that he genuinely loves dogs.

We booked the training sessions with Steve through EQ K9 for our Romanian rescue puppy Bonnie. We’d had Bonnie for 2 months and she had a number of issues including aggression towards people and other dogs. Instead of settling down, these issues were increasing the longer she was with us. From the moment we first met Steve he put us and Bonnie at ease and immediately started working with us, teaching us the tools to work with Bonnie and to recognise what and why her triggers occurred. We’ve had 5 sessions and there has not just been a huge improvement with Bonnies behaviour, but also how we manage her and the situations we are in. We are now so much better equipped as dog owners and have the confidence to deal with all situations, including even her dominance of our older dog Oscar. Our sessions with Steve has allowed us to see the signs/ symptoms Bonnie exhibited are natural, everything she does is for her survival but it’s how we react or manage her that is key to her development and training. Before we met Steve Bonnie would bark, growl, snarl and snap at anyone we came into contact with including other dogs. She would bark incessantly if she heard a noise or if anyone came to the house. We can now walk past people in the streets, invite people into the house, manage her barking and she is able to meet other dogs both on and off the lead. We cannot recommend or thank Steve enough! Steve is a great trainer and built a great rapport with my dog. He made me realise that my dog is not scared of other dogs but wants to interact but doesn't know how.

We are absolutely delighted with the outcome of the Basic Obedience training that we have just completed with Majed with marked improvement apparent even after the first session.
We had been struggling with aspects of our 8 month old puppy’s behaviour, particularly on walks e.g. pulling on the lead and poor recall. Majed has exceptional insight into canine behaviour and a calm, professional approach which has helped us to understand the cause of our problems how to manage and control situations better. He immediately established an excellent rapport with Dudley and a good working relationship with us.

Steve is just brilliant! He is very experienced and extremely knowledgable about dogs behaviour and when working with him, it is obvious he has years and years of experience and knows what he is doing. We went to see Steve because our 1 1/2 year old cocker spaniel was very bad on recall, was pulling on the lead, had “leave it” issues and a few behaviour problems when walking on the lead. Steve is extremely calm when working with you and your dog and the techniques he uses are very fantastic. The first session I had with Steve was purely on recall and after that session when I walked my dog everything had changed. It turned out it was just as much me who needed to be more confident and show leadership which Steve taught me in one session. I really didn’t think that one training session would do the trick but I was proved wrong. After that day I started for the first time enjoying walking my dog and suddenly it became fun taking him off the lead in the park. Other sessions we have had with Steve has been lead walk and the tantrums we experience when walking him on lead and we love how we can see the change in our dog. He has also had our dog for a whole training day where he has heavily been working on all of the above issues especially “leave it” (dropping stuff) and omg what one day can do! We as owners obviously need to be consistent from now on and show leadership to our dog which Steve has taught us. I had one to one sessions with Steve for my miniature Dachshund puppy, Nelson. I felt quite alone and nervous having my first dog, but with a great professional by your side it was so reassuring and truly great. He is extremely talented with dogs and I've learnt a great deal. After failing 3 times with other trainers, we contacted Majed for a consultation and he patiently listened the issues we had with our 1 years old Labrador and responded to each of our questions, he is very understanding and experienced dog trainer. I cannot recommend Stephen enough. He was absolutely wonderful with our puppy, and provided professional, kind, practical advice. Watching Stephen demonstrate the commands, and break down exactly how to praise good behaviour, and correct undesirable behaviours was so helpful. We have only had 1 of the 4 sessions so far and the transformation in our puppy has been remarkable. His anxious, stubborn behaviour is beginning to make sense and he is already so much happier with traffic and new people. Dog whisperer ... had my gs sitting .. laying down... paw... barking on demand in roughly 10 mins or less of meeting .
Worked closely and thoroughly with us to achieve what we wanted from our puppy and made everything easy .
We have a great puppy with thanks and sincerely grateful for all your help.
Was on call for advice and help with all we needed .
Crate training was a doddle . Definitely recommend for puppy training and looking forward to group classes and advanced training.

We have a young show cocker spaniel that has some resource guarding issues, also when walking on the lead our spaniel still pulls.

Majed came to our house on 2 occasions and using his experience corrected us with some training and also put us right on lose lead walking and recall.
Majed is an excellent trainer and we would recommend using his skills and experience.
Majed listens to your concerns and wants to know your problems with your dog.

Fantastic, absolutely brilliant. My 2 years old rescue dog was so reactive towards people and dogs, constantly barking on everything with help from Majed all sorted he is so responsible and understanding, had to call him a lot of times for the new issues and he was answering all my questions with patience, 100% recommend him, he changed my nightmare life with my dog. Majed has been an amazing experience for me and my dog Romeo.
