We had a damp patch on a wall, contacted Neil at Epic. Made a appointment with him and he visited us on time agreed. Neil diagnosed what type of damp it was and and the best way to treat it. Sent us a diagnostic report and a quote for the job, agreed with the quote which was quite reasonable and set a date to have it done. Arrived on the day and on time and finished the whole process on the same day. The work was done professionally in a clean and tidy fashion. Epic property services was recommended to us by a friend. We had a 2 storey extension built which also included all plastering, general joinery work and the fitting of a new kitchen. We found Neil and his team great to deal with and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Neil was constantly in contact with us giving updates and just made what we thought would be a really stressful experience alot easier. We had quite a few quotes as you do on a project this big and what really set epic apart was not only how competitive his price was but the detail he went through outlining where all the money was going and really took time out to discuss all options in order to get everything within our budget.
