Mike was amiable over the phone and arrived within 15mins in response to the emergency call for a locksmith. He was able to let us into the property in less than a minute without any complications or additional costs of repair to the door. Mike went even further and recommended installing new locks to avoid locking ourselves out in the future. Brilliant service when an internal door had broken very late on a Sunday night. At first, was really helpful over the phone and tried to help me fix the problem so I wouldn't need to pay. When it was clear the problem was too big for me to fix, Mike was here within half an hour and worked very quickly talking us through every step and how to make sure we could sort the handles on some of our other doors ourselves.
