What do you love most about your job?
I've been doing this trade now for over 18 years
I have a vast knowledge of ducting from first fix to second fix
I've fitted large blocks of flats gyms and factory's
I've also fitted fabric duct which relatively new
We enjoy our work and take pride in the finish
We as a company take pride in our work , with all RAMS in place as health and safety is paramount at eltham air
What inspired you to start your own business?
If I'm honest I see directors calling me as they didn't know how to finish jobs
The amount of times I've been called to help people complete jobs they couldn't
Made me feel I could do this job better
And it's spiralled from there with over 20 projects completed since September last year and we're continuing to grow
With all our staff qualified and all cerficates in place
