Here at Itaca Branding we are supplying and manufacturing embroidery and vinyl work wear and uniforms. We are creative people and I’m not ashamed to say that the accountancy side completely terrified and overwhelmed me. Joel and Callum have patiently explained everything I need to do in step-by-step format. They recommended Xero to me and helped me set it up with my own letterheaded invoices and quotes. They taught me how to follow through from the quoting stage, deposits to final invoices to make my daily time more efficient. Even with multiple calls when I was in the early learning stages, they would stop my apologies and say they were happy to help, then calmly explain how to do things.
